Our Lady of Guadalupe Sanctuary in Carson, California, is a sacred place of faith, hope and community. We open our doors to everyone seeking spiritual peace, guidance and the closeness of God. We celebrate Holy Mass in Spanish and English to serve our entire multicultural community.

Our bishop, Most Rev. John A. Rinaldi, guides the sacramental life of the Sanctuary together with our priests. Under his authority Confirmation is administered, ensuring full communion with the Catholic Church.
We belong to the Old Catholic tradition: we uphold Catholic beliefs and valid sacramental rites, while maintaining our independence from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

Yes. They were trained in a Catholic seminary, where they studied theology, liturgy and pastoral care. Some later decided to leave the Archdiocese and joined this church, bringing their formation and experience with them.
At Our Lady of Guadalupe Sanctuary, the sacraments of Baptism, First Holy Communion and Confirmation are celebrated according to the teachings and discipline of the Catholic Church and are fully valid throughout the universal Catholic Church.
